Carpenter
Positions include Lead Carpenter and Carpenters.
Lead Carpenters are assigned as site supervisors, work under the operations manager and are expected to work with carpenters and apprentices on a variety of jobs which include framing, deck building, finish carpentry, and an array of renovations. Lead Carpenters should have 8+ years experience.
Carpenters work under Lead Carpenter and Operations Manager and work on a variety of jobs which include framing, deck building, finish carpentry, and an array of renovations.
Carpenters should have 3-5 years experience.
Hardscaper
Positions include Hardscaper and Labourer.
Hardscapers work under the operations manager and site foreman and work on a variety of jobs which include paver installations, retaining walls, concrete forming, pouring, and finishing, firepits, pools, etc. Hardscapers should have 3-5 years experience.
Labourers work under the site foreman and hardscapers. They need to be able to lift objects in excess of 75lbs and work on a variety of jobs which include paver installations, retaining walls, concrete forming, pouring, and finishing, firepits, pools, etc. as well as demolition projects. Labourers should have an understanding of basic jobsite safety as well as an understanding and ability to use the required tools in these applications.
Landscaper
Positions include Landscaper and Labourer.
Landscapers work under the operations manager and site foreman and work on a variety of jobs which include sod and seed installation, grass cutting, lawn and garden maintenance, mulch installation, irrigation system installation and maintenance, etc. Landscapers should have 3-5 years experience.
Labourers work under the operations manager, site foreman and Landscapers. They need to be able to lift objects in excess of 75lbs and work on a variety of jobs which includesod and seed installation, grass cutting, lawn and garden maintenance, mulch installation, irrigation system installation and maintenance, etc. Labourers should have an understanding of basic jobsite safety as well as an understanding and ability to use the required tools in these applications.
